We understand how important it is to have proper irrigation, especially during the summer months. Your sprinkler system is only as effective as long as you maintain it. To help you with this, Rain Rich^TM provides key maintenance services at specific intervals to keep your irrigation system running at optimal output. • Sprinkler System Audits- Approximately 50 percent of all water used for irrigation is wasted due to inefficient system. Having an irrigation system audit and uniformity test performed ensures areas of your property are being watered evenly. This can be helpful if you have areas being under watered or have brown spots. By taking the time to audit your irrigation system, Rain Rich^TM can pinpoint your problems and make recommendation to fix these water-wasting inefficiencies.
  
• Sprinkler System Installations- If your system is 12 to 15 years or older, Rain Rich^TM recommends you have your sprinkler system audited. Rain Rich^TM has several Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditors on staff and we can determine if your sprinkler system is operating properly. Did you know that all irrigation manufacturers consider the lifespan of a residential irrigation system to be 12 years? A new sprinkler system will save you more money in repairs and water costs then the cost of the installation.
  
• Sprinkler System Upgrades- If your system is 5 to 10 years old, it may be time to modify your system and get Rain Rich's^TM higher efficient sprinklers. After 5 years your landscape has grown considerably and the positioning and spray of your sprinkler system will need to be modified. We have found in many cases the spray is blocked by plant growth and or clients have modified their landscape. We want to be proactive and prevent plants from dying. A periodic landscape irrigation audit is an inexpensive service to prevent expensive turf and plant replacement.
  
• Sprinkler System Maintenance- We offer a full line of services including repairs, moving and adjusting heads, or adding to the system. As trees and plantings grow, it becomes necessary to make adjustments to the original system. Water conservation is of the utmost importance to all of us.
